Yes, and for only $1!
We can personalize most ornaments- Names, dates, phrases, you name it and we will do our best to make it happen!
Our personalizing is done by our most creative elves using paint pens or markers. Most ornaments are completed in only a few minutes!
During our regular season we do offer layaway services! We carry only a few of each item, so early bird layaway is ideal for snagging your favorites while they're in stock.

Scribbler's Coffee Shop, Pueblo Real Mexican Restaurant, Mary's Diner, and countless wineries in the area are all great choices for food nearby! For more shopping we recommend wandering the shops at the center of town (the intersection of Rt. 534 and Rt. 20) and Christmas World in Ashtabula only a short drive away!
We offer standard 7-10 day Shipping/handling on most items.
Shipping costs are based off of actual cost when brought to the post office, and will vary depending on weight and size.

Yes! We work with tour buses, winery tours, businesses, and organizations to allow larger groups the chance to stop by and see our store. If you've got a large group (15+ people) interested in coming we only ask that you call ahead to schedule a date with us. This ensures we have enough elves in the shop to help everyone!
