Welcome to Catherine's Christmas!

A woman of tremendous heart and fine taste, she'd light up any room brighter than any Christmas tree ever could! Catherine's Christmas was named in memory of our founder's wonderful mother Catherine. Christmas was her favorite time of the year- full of family, friends, and lots of LOVE! She was a small woman with a big attitude and an even bigger heart. Her daughter Judy was a spitting image of her tenacity and inner fire- making any place livelier and full of laughs. Catherine's classic tastes and welcoming personality were the inspiration that has driven Catherine's Christmas into what it is today. Through holiday gatherings she made sure that her family and friends always knew just how much she cared about them. 

In her memory, we hope that we have created something that she would have loved in her lifetime!

Judy- a big personality, a big dreamer, and all the love in the world for her family. Affectionately called the "Purveyor of Timeless Treasures and Trees", Judy was the founder of Catherine's Christmas. She began her journey at Sands RV sales store in Madison. There, she created a gift shop during their off-season. Many of our loyal customers may remember her humble beginnings there! After years of searching, she finally found the perfect property in Geneva, Ohio. She took a beautiful century home and turned it into the store of her dreams! She was our creative mastermind- always ready with a list of innovative ideas and new possibilities. Over all, she always held the importance of showing your love to family and friends. Her persistence and dedication have created something truly beautiful in our little hometown, a sight to see no matter where you're from!

Since day one, Melissa was there next to her mother-in-law to help see her vision become a reality. In loving memory of both Catherine and Judy, she has ensured the family's legacy of love and Christmas cheer 26 years strong! She has always kept Judy's vision at heart by maintaining the traditions that we have all grown to love in these walls. Melissa has always made sure that everyone who walks through the door is greeted with a warm smile and welcomed as friends with open arms. The gorgeous displays and whimsical trees that she has created makes this house feel like a home to so many people in our community! She has helped to create a cheerful space that many people visit regularly to get away from the daily grind. Always seeking out the newest trends- her creativity flourishes in every nook and cranny of Catherine's Christmas.
